Q: iphone6 is my iphone the phone was not charging

So if i understand what you are saying, you mean that your phone has a lightning icon next to the battery, but its not charging. Is this correct? If yes. You could probably solve it by doing a hard reset of your device. This is done by pressing the home and sleep/wake button at the same time for approximately 10 seconds. If this is done, your device should restart and normally it should work. If it doesn't work however try cleaning the charting port of the device with a toothpick. BE VERY CAREFUL not to break a connector!
