Q: iCloud drive files 'waiting' and 'syncing'

Hi all

I am working on a macbook pro running yosemite.

I purchased iCloud drive space of 1tb, so I have more than enough space to upload all my computers files.

So basically long story short, I dragged all my files over the the iCloud drive on my finder and waited to see them all sync etc.

24 hours later, as i run though the files on the iCloud drive on my computer, a lot of them are stating 'waiting' and 'syncing' and nothing is changing??

What is really annoying me is that I am paying for this storage and its not working as I hoped.

I need to factory reset my macbook, hence me uploading everything to the cloud.

Any advice on how to resolve the issue would be greatly appreciated!!!
