Q: Apple TV can not access itunes
Hello,
my apple (TV 3 Gen) ask for a password when i want to access my music i have Itunes Match and tried Apple Music, but i want to stay with match. I am sure i typed the right password, i tried it several times and the error message reclaimed not a wrong password.
Please help.

Hi,
Make sure you have cancelled your Apple Music subscription. Help for that here > View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
Then restart your Apple TV.
Go to Settings > General > Restart
Then Settings > iTunes Store > Sign In then your Apple ID > Submit then tap in your Apple ID password.
