Q: Apple ipad air Company Lock at access, need to recover or reinstall,help me.

I have restored my ipad air because of the passcode lock and now the passcode lock is gone, but another big problem occured among the restoring.After the 'Hello' screen they asking LEONARDO ASSICURAZIONI S.R.L. account and password to access my ipad. I think this ipad came from that company which named "LEONARDO ASSICURAZIONI S.R.LUntitled.png".I got this ipad from my friend in abroad. Even he dont know about this and now i'm helpless. There is no way to access my ipad now. What can i do now? Can i reinstall softwares or anything else?

    The issue is, most likely, that the previous owner's Apple ID is still associated with this device. Unless you can get with them to remove their Apple ID, you are pretty much out of luck.

     

    You can check to see if the Activation Lock is still enabled on this iPad.

    You will need to contact the seller of the iPad. This is likely a device purchased through and enrolled in the Device Enrollment Program (DEP) and managed with a Mobile Device Manager (MDM). A device purchased through the DEP that is associated with a MDM will always re-manage itself immediately upon a restore. You cannot override this without the seller and/or company helping you out. There may or may not be an Apple ID associated with the device. If there is, the company should either have the credentials or ability to wipe them off the device.

    No, Theres not a deal with Appe id and i checked it.Theres no any activation lock. Only problem is it needs company email and password.

    Mmmm... Nothing to do now.... I dont have a contact with that company. and theres no any icloud accont there. i checked it.Only issue is need that email and password to log this ipad and i dont have it.

    You need to try and contact this company. As celliott147 said earlier, this device is being controlled by an MDM, and you are going to have to ask them to remove this device from their setup, or you will never be able to use it. No one here can help you, only the company the device is locked to. Suggest you try and Google them for a phone number, then talk to their IT department.

    As i think, seller has cheated me. He told me that there have only passcode lock. i just buy it .and I removed that passcode lock by restoring the ipad.After the setup screen its asking that company's email and password to unlock it.Thats the story. Now theres only way to do for me,can sell this for the parts.... (sad)(sad)...Its an Italian company. here is the email and their phone number, Anyone here to call them and request for the password and emaill? Thank you very much.

    Contact them yourself. Expend the effort if you wish to

    get the iPad into a state where you can use it. If there is a

    cost to make the call, you will have to pay it if you cannot

    make a free call using Skype, WhatsApp or similar app.

     

    That company may ask for information about the iPad that

    only you will be able to provide.

     

    Is there some reason other than potential cost that you cannot do this?

    I am not trying to be rude, just don't understand why you

    want someone else to do this instead of doing it yourself.
