Q: Apple ipad air Company Lock at access, need to recover or reinstall,help me.
I have restored my ipad air because of the passcode lock and now the passcode lock is gone, but another big problem occured among the restoring.After the 'Hello' screen they asking LEONARDO ASSICURAZIONI S.R.L. account and password to access my ipad. I think this ipad came from that company which named "LEONARDO ASSICURAZIONI S.R.L
".I got this ipad from my friend in abroad. Even he dont know about this and now i'm helpless. There is no way to access my ipad now. What can i do now? Can i reinstall softwares or anything else?

You will need to contact the seller of the iPad. This is likely a device purchased through and enrolled in the Device Enrollment Program (DEP) and managed with a Mobile Device Manager (MDM). A device purchased through the DEP that is associated with a MDM will always re-manage itself immediately upon a restore. You cannot override this without the seller and/or company helping you out. There may or may not be an Apple ID associated with the device. If there is, the company should either have the credentials or ability to wipe them off the device.
