Q: Iphone 6 will not activate

I have purchased my iphone 6 recently online unlocked. It was supposed to work with AT&T and T-Mobile. I can't get the phone to activate with my sim card. Every time i try to activate it, it says this sim card is not supported. I've tried talking to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Apple. I would just like to be able to use my phone. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The error that you are seeing is indicative that the device is locked. Where did you purchase this phone from? You say online, but from where?

I ordered it off of Swappa. I had the store send me a replacement and it shows that the phone is unlocked.

Well, that is not an Authorized Apple Reseller. May I ask what is showing that the phone is unlocked?
