Q: Why is my iPad going crazy?!!!

For the past few days my ipad has been doing things one its own and this is honestly ridiculous. With apple supposedly being the best, and none of the fixes are working, im seriously thinking of switching to verizon or amazon. i am lucky that im able to even type this without random stuff happening at the moment. dont give me the regular methods cause ive tried them already. Apple, tell me how to properly fix this issue. There has to be a way. other than restarting and restoring.

iPad Mini, iOS 9.3.4, Restarting and restoring dont work

"dont give me the regular methods cause ive tried them already."

I understand your frustration but if you don't tell us exactly what you have tried that didn't work, we have no starting point for troubleshooting.

What stuff are you referring to??

my ioad closes webpags, opens apps, puts multiple letters in the text boxes when i dont even type them and it goes from frame to frame all on its own. I have tried erasing all content and settings before restoring my last backup, and i have tried pressing and holding the home and power button together and waiting for the Apple logo to appear. I have tried turning my device off then back on. Nothing has been working. This enrages me. It all started after the 9.3.4 update. tell me how to fix this. Now!

You likely have a defective screen / digitizer and would have to take it to an Apple Store or Authorized Dealer to have it repaired.

You need to take your iPhone to an Apple Store > http://www.apple.com/retail/storelist/

By the way, this is a peer to peer community. You are not communicating directly with Apple here. We are volunteers so demanding that we tell you how to fix it now doesn't go over well.
