Reset your Apple ID password.

You can reset your password when you go to your Apple ID account page and click Forgot Apple ID or password.

Then restart your iPad then try installing or updating apps.

Isn't the iTunes password the same as the Apple ID? If so, I know my password, it just won't work on the iPad. If not, oops. Sorry.
