Aug 15, 2016 6:31 PM in response to harry3232007by Barney-15E,Kind of an odd notification. It sounds like some app is trying to use the Finder to open the localization file of another app.
You can use this app to show you what is loading at login (LaunchAgents). http://etrecheck.com/#about
It has an option to copy to clipboard which you can use to paste the output into a reply, here.
