Q: Apple Music Error?

So, my Apple Music membership was automatically cancelled a few days ago due to lack of funds in my savings account. Yesterday, I deposited money into that account so that I'm able to renew my membership. Although, when I tried to renew it on my iPhone 6 plus, it declined my card. Then I tried it on my MacBook Air and clicked subscribe and it didn't do anything but tell me an error message that said "Genius results can't be updated right now. An unknown error occurred (5002)." in my activity feed it had "iCloud Music Library" on top of that message. I don't know if the Apple Music membership and error message are related, but I tried different ways to fix it and went online to find solutions, along with contacting support but it seems like no one ever got this message. So I decided to call my bank and see what was going on. They told me there was a recent transaction for Apple Music. Which confused me because it didn't work to begin with. After a few hours I would have thought the transaction would finally go through, but nothing happened. I'm still getting that same error message anytime I sign into my account, or try to subscribe to Apple Music. On my phone, it only tells me my card was declined. I find this odd because the app store works just fine. The only problem I have is Apple Music, iTunes and that error message I can't seem to find a solution for. Please reply as soon as possible.
