Q: I cannot edit or delete music on my iPod
I have never had trouble adding, editing and deleting music and playlists on my iPod Nano (about 1 year old). I have just swapped from a Dell laptop (Windows) to a Mac and I now can't do any of these things. The 'Sync' button in the 'Devices' menu is light grey and cannot be clicked. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Did you move the library properly from the old computer to the new one? If not the device might think it is synced with the old library and won't want to sync with a different one unless you set it up. Try clicking the icon for the device first and look at your options on the Summary and Music tabs.
