Q: Mysterious Purchase
Dear Support Team,
I just received a email from apple store telling me that a product priced at £29.95 has been billed to my apple id. However, I did make that purchase and is unable to check the authenticity of it. I am not sure what to do, please advise.

Be careful as one possibility is that the email is not really from Apple and is an attempt to get you to give away your password by using a link in the email to make it look like you are logging in to an Apple site.

If the charge is in fact on your account and you didn't make the purchase, see the following from that link: I
If you don't use your Apple ID with the iTunes Store and see charges on your statement, contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security.
