Q: Mailboxes show in Library but not in Mail
Some, not all, of my Mac Mailboxes have stopped showing up in Mail. However, they're still in my Library/Mail/Mailbox folder.
First off, why did this suddenly happen. Second, how can I get them back into Mail?

Try re-indexing the mailboxes. This can take awhile if you have a lot of mail.
Reindex messages For El Capitan, try looking in V3.
