Q: how can i activate and ipod touch if the person who gave it to me is no longer living?

i need help unlocking icloud activation on my ipod touch even though the person who gave it to me is no longer living to put in the icloud activation information

Simple, you cannot use the iPod touch without the owner's Apple ID & password.

If you have a copy of the death certificate, Apple may be able to help. Contact them at Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support .
