Q: Do not disturb - allow notifications

I never paid much attention to "Do not disturb", as it always did what I needed.   However, now I need to allow alerts from my security camera.  It looks like I can only allow calls, email, texts from contacts, but no notifications from apps.

Now, my camera sends emails as well, and I was able to allow email alerts.  However, I would still like to get notifications through, as they are more reliable than email (fewer weak links).
