Q: stuck on apple logo

4th Gen nano stuck on apple logo. Will go into disk mode and have reset using Itunes. Will not reboot after reset.

Any ideas?

yes, I've tried everything I connected to ITunes to try and update and restore the phone but it will not let me at all this is a BRAND NEW phone there shouldn't be any problem with it and I just got the phone last Saturday please help I really need my phone.

See If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Note the option near the bottom to escalate to Apple Support if you're not having any joy.
