Aug 16, 2016 3:57 PM in response to Sahdiahby ndddf,Got the exact same email today word for word. Checked it out with my bank and nothing was being taken out, and no recent purchases on the iphone. I switched to Android about 4 months ago so I was obviously suspicious but it seems just a phishing scam rather than anything more sinister

Aug 16, 2016 4:00 PM in response to Sahdiahby Rysz,It's a phishing scam. Don't call them, don't email them and most of all don't click on any links. Just delete the email and you'll be fine.

Aug 17, 2016 5:20 AM in response to Sazzy-louby King_Penguin,As long as you did it immediately you should be ok, but check your account's purchase history just in case (See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support) - and you will likely have let the phishers know that the email account is active and linked to an iTunes account, so you might get further emails (and potentially you might get phishing emails purporting to be from others stores/sites, not just iTunes)
