I have multiple email accounts I like to keep track of whether I'm at work or not. Since it depends on the type of email account you're using, the information below can help.
Get help if you have issues using a POP email account with more than one device -- If your email account is an IMAP account, it should sync automatically. If it's a POP3 account, then this article can be helpful.
Mail (El Capitan): Set up Mail with your email accounts -- Make sure you've set up your email accounts correctly on your Mac.
Set up an email account on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Make sure you've set up your email account on your iOS devices correctly as well.
If you're seeing the email account(s) in question on your iOS devices and your Mac, you should also be seeing the folders from your accounts on the left panel of the Mail App on your Mac. If you aren't then, click View > Show Mailbox List. Once you can see the list, click the arrow to the left of your "Sent" folder and select the account you've been sending from on your iOS devices.Hope this helps!
