Q: Transferring "Photo Library" off old 4th gen iPod Touch with 6.1.6
Hello! Here's a blast from the past. I just powered on an old iPod Touch I found that has a lot of pictures on it. This is a 4th gen, 64GB iPod Touch running 6.1.6. I'd like to copy the photos off, but here's the rub: specifically from the "Photo Library".
The iPod has two Albums in it when I open the Photos app: "Camera Roll" with 89 pictures and "Photo Library" with 13,153 pictures. I've successfully copied off the 89 pictures from Camera Roll by just plugging the iPod into my PC and opening it up in My Computer.
But how do I get the photos that are in "Photo Library"? They're on there somewhere! I opened up the iPod in iTunes, and when I hover over the the usage bar at the bottom it shows that there are 15,013 photos at 9.26GB.

You need a computer app like Phone View or Touch Copy to copy photos that were synced to the iPod
All the such apps I have seen were paid apps.
