Q: Bluetooth issue

Hello! Can anyone help me please... i have spend all my day on Internet gust looking how can i connect my iPhone or my iPad with my Mac with Bluetooth. I have all steps fallowed but its not working. The same thing goes witg my Airdrop...i dont know what to do.I will be happy when sommbody will help me. Thank you.

They will not connect, as there is no supported protocol to do so.
What are you attempting to accomplish by connecting them via bluetooth?

Thank you verry much, is working now...i've done all the Time wrong. But why ist not working also with Bluetooth when is one?

You are welcome. Apple iDevices have never employed their BlueTooth technology for file transfer. As to why this was not available as a possibility, only Apple would know.

But on youtube i have seen so much videos, were people connected there iDevices with Bluethooth. Why exist Bluethooth on Mac?

On a Mac, BlueTooth would be used for connecting to Keyboards, Wireless Mouse, speakers.
