Q: Your Apple ID has been disabled.

Hi, I am trying to download an app using this Apple ID, and when I try to download I get the exact message "Your Apple ID has been disabled." I have gone through multiple troubleshooting pages here to try and fix this but none of them have seemed to work. The message has nothing to do with "security issues", and I have not recently input my password wrong multiple times.

 

The only thing I can think that would cause this is that this is a secondary account that I use on my iPhone that I only occasionally sign into, but I just signed into it last week to update an app.

 

I just wanna download this thing could you help please thanks
