Q: Ipad Air Issues
Hi
I am very disappointed with apple service provided to me regarding my iPad air issues i bought this iPad last year and already been replaced by Apple 3 times with Refurbished units now its again faulty no accepting any sim card and they book other appointment on coming Monday to replace it again.
I want to replace my unit with Brand New Box packed unit as i dont want Refurbished unit again as i dont have more time and money to waste on it every time i have to take Day off from work which cost me money as well.If i am not getting new unit this time i have to contact consumer affairs regarding that issue its Clearly stated on there website after three repairs customer is eligible for Full Refund or New Model Upgrade.
So please have a look on that case asap as i am old Apple customer.My contact details are below
