If that doesn't help, then it would be good to know if you are using Apple Music and/or iTunes Match. If not, then you can try to backup/restore your device with iTunes:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
and then resync your music library:
Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your computer using USB - Apple Support
