Q: Editing ioS 9 iPhone 6 contacts?

I can't seem to add an address to my contacts from my iPhone 6. When I select "edit" on a particular contact and select address, no keyboard comes up. The option is there on my MacBook, but, when I change it there, it isn't updating on my phone.

What can I do to correct this?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.4

For the (lack of) keyboard issue on your iPhone try to restart and/or force rerstar your iPhone:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

For syncing contacts with iCloud, this might help:

Get help using iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders - Apple Support

I tried a hard reset and it still hasn't started working. Very strange indeed.

I'm not sure what else to suggest other than a complete backup/restore, erase device and setup as new, or go to an Apple Store and let them look at it.
