Q: my itunes do not show the apps i have on my iphone

Hi everyone! I have the latest version of i tunes (12.4.3.1) and an i phone 6s. I need to sync the apps that i download from App store from my phone but as you can see the left side of the screen is empty. I've done any possible change i could think but they seem lost for ever in my mac. I cannot erase an app from my phone and then put it back at my phone. If someone knows what to do please help me (i only can move them on the right hand side) Thank you so much in advance for your time and interest

Hello renatafromathinai!

I definitely like being able to sync anything I can with iTunes when possible. We can see what's going on there.

The apps not showing up in iTunes is expected for things now unless Automatic Downloads is turned on in the iTunes preferences: Turn on Automatic Downloads - Apple Support
Otherwise, due to how iOS 9 downloads and stores apps, they don't sync or transfer from the iPhone (or any other iOS device) when connected to iTunes, like they did in the past. Once you have Automatic Downloads turned on, you can then download previously purchased apps to iTunes on your computer, by following the steps within this article: Download your past purchases
