Q: Deleting photos from iPad and iCloud

If I delete photos from my iPad mini 2 will they be saved or deleted from iCloud.

iPad mini 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 9.3.4

If you mean iCloud Photo Library, then deleting an image on any device or linked computer will delete it from everywhere. iCPL is designed as a syncing service, not as a storage, or backup service.
