iTunes

Q: Apps not syncing with Family Sharing

I have 6 devices that have different Apple IDs but they are linked with Family Sharing and I have only one computer with iTunes on it. How do I whenever I sync a device to iTunes it will transfer the apps and then be able to transfer it onto any of the other devices when I connect them?

iMac with Retina 5K display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

I is already setup but there apps won't transfer to iTunes from the iPads/iPhone
