Q: i forget apple id

I own a iPhone 5, but I forgot the expense of your device and the two locked I can not open it I can see how my account and I've previously plug it with my account on Hotmail

You will have to figure out your Apple ID and password, with iOS 7.0.4 the Activation Lock is an anti-theft system and cannot be bypassed.  Without remembering it you cannot access that iPhone.
