Apple WatchIt means not enough storage space on the iPod touch.
You can see available storage by tapping Settings > General > About then swipe down to Available.

Aug 19, 2016 12:19 PM in response to Carolyn Samitby DevikaRamesh,Hi,
I was able to restore my ipod somehow back to its factory settings so I had plenty of space on my ipod.
But for some reason after charging it, my ipod won't switch on anymore. The apple logo does not appear.
I tried looking for a solution but with my home button stuck, there is not much I can do.
Plus my computer does not recognize my ipod so now I cannot reboot it through itunes. -
