Q: Why it says my card is declined

Hello everyone !

PLease i I need help asap I have a singing contest on Smule

and I want to repay for the app to log in and start my contest

but it keeps saying that my card is declined ? I just came back

from my bank and everything is fine the only problem I have now

is with Apple !!!!!! I'm getting ****** the **** off !!!! I tried so many

times but nothing someone please help me
