Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I understand from your post that you would like to export a configuration profile that is on your iPhone to your Mac so you can modify it and then copy it to other devices. The following help guide for the Apple Configurator 2 has some great information available including the following:Export device information
-
Select one or more devices, then do one of the following:
-
Choose Actions > Export > Info.
-
Control-click the selected device and choose Export > Info.
-
-
Choose whether to export a device IDs file (.deviceids) for the developer portal, or a comma-separated value file.
If you export a comma-separated value file, you can choose which information to include, such as the device name and capacity, serial number, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth MAC addresses.
-
Click Export, then name the file.
Best Regards

Aug 19, 2016 6:35 PM in response to stuckbossby Brendan Jones,Thanks for this but it didn't seem to work as expected. I selected the device, selected Export > Info, checked the box "Installed Profiles" and chose "Property List" as the export format.
I opened the file that was exported using Property List Editor, and the exported file only contains the following information about the profile: "displayName" and "identifier". The actual content of this profile is not exported as far as I can see.
Any clues as to what might be going on? Thanks.
