Reset: hold down the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo (10-20 seconds).

- Your iPhone? If so, what version is it currently running?
- Your Mac? If so, what version is it currently running?
- What version of iTunes is your Mac currently running?

Aug 19, 2016 3:52 PM in response to gdavisgdavisby elcpu,You need to answer sberman's questions first but let me guess, a mistake on my part perhaps. The current version of iTunes is 12.4.3 and my guess is that you likely do not have it. What version shows up on iTunes > About iTunes?
