Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. I know how important getting this specific email account working on your iPhone is to you! If I understand correctly, you have 2 email accounts that are working in the Mail app, but a third is not working and you were unable to resolve this using the steps in this article:
Get help with Mail on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Here are a couple of additional troubleshooting steps that can help narrow down and resolve your issue and get this email account working on your iPhone again:
1. First, I recommend making a backup of your personal data as some of the steps I will suggest next can effect that data.
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
2. Next, go to Settings > iCloud and if you're signed into your iCloud account, turn off the Mail option. Then go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and remove all the accounts listed at the top. Then restart your device as the shut down and start up process is important to keep the iOS software running properly. Once back to the Home screen, try adding the problem account first before re-adding the working accounts.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
3. If you're still not able to resolve this issue, use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iOS software to factory settings, as this process erases the information and settings on your device and installs a fresh copy of the latest iOS software. Then setup the iPhone as new and add just this email account having the issue. If you're able to successfully add the account, then try restoring your backup and testing again.
Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
Cheers!
