Jul 15, 2015 8:02 AM in response to Klaus1by hackneyms,I know that I need a powered hub, but the only ones I was able to find on Amazon were USB-C to USB. I cannot find a single one that is USB-C to USB-C.

At this point in time, no one is going to make something that that has no market. Maybe in the future, but since there are hardly any USB-C devices on the market, no one is going to rush into manufacturing a powered all USB-C only hub.

Jul 21, 2015 1:43 AM in response to Lannyby hackneyms,Apple: "let's manufacture a computer with one port, and get users to buy adaptors for all their peripherals."
Me: "ok fine, no problem!"
Apple: "only one peripheral allowed at a time tho lol"
If there's no market, what am I doing here?

Jul 21, 2015 1:46 AM in response to Klaus1by hackneyms,If you look at the ports you can see right away that these won't fit a USB-C connector. I thought I was just being dim or something, not seeing that USB-C is apparently the same as USB 3 despite looking completely different. But nope.

Jul 22, 2015 7:07 AM in response to hackneymsby custom mini, hackneyms,
You are not going to like the real answer to your question, you along with a lot of other people have brought into a technology that like it or not the PC world ie Windows has not embraced yet so until it does you have the choice of doing nothing and making do or buying a very expensive unit produced by only one manufacture when/if it becomes available - I have been watching USB 3.1 from a PC side and have only found around 3 Motherboards that use it so far so I will wait untill/if it becomes mainstream.
If you think about it the same fate have fallen on Thunderbolt/2, less than 12 PC motherboards use it and so there is no one using it outside of Apple and the only truly native items you can use on it are Hard Disc's and a few Monitors.
Sorry but that is the cold hard truth.
