Q: Family Sharing, but not IOS apps

Is there a way with Family Sharing enabled to share everything except IOS apps? My wife and I are the only two users on the Family Share network. But, neither of us wants to automatically get the other's apps.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4), 2013 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5 iMac

Turn on Automatic Downloads for iTunes Store, App Store, and iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support              Settings - iTunes & App Store - Automatic Downloads / Apps
