Q: Hi my year old iPhone 6 has suddenly developed an issue with seeing the screen. Working fine then 1/2 hour later screen faded unable to see apps etc. Can hear incoming calls and texts but cannot respond to them. Happened 2 days ago.

Hi my year old iPhone 6 has suddenly developed an issue with seeing the screen. Working fine then 1/2 hour later screen faded with some flickering and unable to see apps etc. Can hear incoming calls and texts but cannot respond to them. Happened 2 days ago and have tried rebooting etc. but no joy. No exposure to heat or water at all, put in my bag between use, so really puzzled as to what has happened. Would appreciate any help or advice
