Q: Why does my iphone 6s keep muting calls independently

I purchase a new iphone 6s and it has been muting calls ,and its annoying has anyone else had this same problem& what dis u do to fix it?

First pls. check the side switch and move it back and forth about 10 times. Also pls. make sure it is not turned part way on or off.
