Q: Gift book-- Non working email
in June of 2016, I tried to gift a book to my 11 year old granddaughter. I used a non working email address that her dad had set up so she could use iPad messaging. They had never used the email account. Thus, Emily never got the book. How do I resend to her dad's email address. My account was charged. Thanks.

See if you can change the email address and resend it (if the address that you sent it to does exist some else might have redeemed it) : Resend iTunes Gifts - Apple Support
If you can't resend it try contacting iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or 'contact us' at the bottom right of every page on here
