    You have a Macbook but you've posted in the forum for Desktops - I've asked the Hosts to relocate it to the Macbook forum.

     

    Your Macbook does not run iOS - that's for iPhones and iPads. I assume you mean you've damaged your operating system in some way, OSX - is that correct? This Apple Help page explains how to reinstall your system:

    yas i damaged my operating system , and i  tried this command a lot: Command (⌘)-R  and it Didn't work with my macbook  , I  read that MacBook has to have a CD to install The OS software, Is that right?

    What is your operating system? There is no install CD for recent systems. As indicated in the page I linked to you should try command-option-R. This will install the system your Mac originally came with unless you have an older system such as Snow Leopard in which case you will need a CD.
