Q: After installing iOS 9.3.4 audio/charging accessories no longer work with iPhone 6s

Reference:  iPhone 6s with iOS 9.3.4 and iPad Pro with iOS 9.3.4

Colleagues:

After installation of the iOS 9.3.4, audio and other accessories no longer worked/charged with the iPhone 6s and iPad Pro.  Prior to the iOS update, all accessories worked exceptionally well with the iPhone 6s and iPad Pro.

So far, Bluetooth accessories continue to function with few issues.

Please advise and assist ......

It would help if you said what accessories aren't working and what troubleshooting steps you've already taken.

    Have you tried any troubleshooting?

    1. Restart:  Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple  logo appears.
    2. Reset:  Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds).
    3. Restore:  Connect your iPhone to iTunes on your computer, backup, and then select Restore to Factory

    Thank you for your response.

    Troubleshooting steps were as follows:

1 - Cables (all Apple-Branded) were disconnected and reconnected.

    2 - Items were powered-down and "re-booted".

    3 - iPhone 6s and iPad Pro were powered-down and "re-booted".

    These efforts were unsuccessful.

    Meg St Clair:

Thank you for your response ..... The accessories that no longer worked were audio and charging accessories.  Re-setting the iPhone 6s and iPad Pro apparently solved the problem .........

    Regards ......
