Q: Problem with Itunes gift card, bout to off myself, been on the site for 5 hours.

Someone sent me an itunes gift card via email but whenever I press redeem it takes me to a download page, I already have itunes installed, and am signed into it, Itunes is fully updated AND there is no redeem code in Email, I tried asking the question before but it just showed "solved" as the first person posted the first comment when it was not, someone told me to contact apple support directly, but I do not know how and I don't want to contact them via email because I don't want no half-assed reply sent 3 years after I asked the initial question,  It only gives me the options to ask a question or send a gift card via email, PLEASE HELP, I JUST WANT TO BUY THE NEW FRANK OCEAN.
