Why can you not log in?

Just type the username and password.

Otherwise you would need to follow the directions in the article, and/or contact apple

i have a similar problem :

i forgot both my password and the answers  to security questions

how do i prove i am me?

is there a way i can e-mail apple support for help?

normally i couldn't care less but i recently updated my ios and now my iphone is stuck!
