Q: DESPERATE PLEA FOR ASSISTANCE
I am still experiencing my Mac hanging to the point that I have to turn it off and on again at the power.
To resolve this I have:
1) Had a new hard drive fitted (and then a second when the first failed)
2) Installed extra RAM (now 24GB).
3) Completely removed Microsoft Office and reinstalled
4) Run spyware checks
5) PRAM reset
6) SMC reset
7) Disk utility repairs
I have attached my Etrecheck report blow.
Can someone PLEASE give me some pointers.
