Aug 22, 2016 12:24 AM in response to Lannyby robynfromdurban,This only happened now, after iStore did my software update. I prefer to get it done there, as I don't have uncapped wifi. Before that update, everything was under my name, not the previous owners. I checked, and iCloud and iTunes is logged in with my ID still. I will just have to take it back to iStore, and have them fix the issue for me. Thanks for your help.

Aug 22, 2016 7:26 AM in response to robynfromdurbanby macjack,Hi Robyn, yes it matters that you are using the previous owner's system. You will not be able to download any updates or upgrades, or use the App Store for purchases and other anomalies. Follow the steps here, it's obvious the previous owner didn't.
