Q: Siri's pronouncement of UK road numbers in Maps

Now that iOS maps has significantly improved over the past couple of years, it is now my go to app for in car navigation.

However, I'm totally bemused by it's insistence on trying to pronounce UK road numbers. Take for example a direction from Siri to take a turn onto the A3093.

Instead of pronouncing the road number in a natural English way "A-three-zero-nine-three" Siri in it's wisdom decides that it'd be clever to use "A-thirty-ninety-three". In doing so it very frequently trips over it's own tongue making the road number difficult to decipher, especially in the confines of a car cabin with background noises.

It would be far better for it to pronounce the name of road in the way that it's users would, and here in the UK it is to announce each numeral.

I cannot be the only one that this is literally driving around the twist?!!
