Q: deleted com.apple.Bluetooth.plist
I have a macbook pro with OS X El Capitan. My bluetooth stopped working and I tried one of several ideas given on the internet. I deleted the com.apple.Bluetooth.plist file, and then cleaned out my trash, so now it is completely gone from my laptop. Can I download it from apple and hopefully fix my problem. I cant use my mouse and miss it.
Thanks for any assistance
Kathy

Many techniques that may have worked with older OS X versions are no longer operative and should not be used.
Reinstalling OS X will restore the missing file: How to reinstall OS X - Apple Support. Follow the procedure under "If you're reinstalling for other reasons."
