Q: How to retrieve iCloud photos and videos after turning off iCloud photo library?
On my iPhone, I went onto my settings > iCloud > Photos and then I turned off iCloud photo library and I also turned off the iCloud drive. When I went onto my gallery, my pictures and videos kept vanishing, going from having 1,000 pictures and videos to now only having 100. Have these pictures been permanently deleted or are they retrievable? If they are retrievable, how can i get them back?

Photos and videos will be stored in your account for 30 days. To download your photos and videos on your iOS device, go to Settings > iCloud > Photos and select Download and Keep Originals. On your Mac, open Photos, choose Photos > Preferences, then select Download Originals to this Mac. You can also select the photos and videos that you want to download from iCloud.com.
