Q: Aerial Screensavers not cycling

I've had ATV download all the Aerial Screensavers a long time ago and set to check daily for new ones, but it seems that it's always cycling only thru the same 2 or 3 each time.

Is this normal?

How many are there in total?

Anything I can do to force ATV to change those that are used more often?

Apple TV (4th generation), tvOS 9.2

I think only 2 are held locally at any one time. Why it cannot download more if you have room, or stream any if you are online, is a mystery.
