Q: How to unlock Apple ID?

Hello!

I configured my phone 2 years ago using an gmail address that I no longer use.

When I had to reconfigure my phone now I forgot the password and until I found it my Apple ID has been blocked.

They send me the information for the ID activation on that gmail address I don't have.

Is it possible to change the e-mail address? Not the Apple ID , just the e-mail they send the information for the reactivation.

My Apple ID is ******** which is now blocked and I can't use my phone. Please send me all the information at my current gmail : ******** or yahoo : *******.

I am really desperate. Please help me !

These are user-to-user forums, Apple and iTunes Support are not here - don't post personal info such as email addresses (unless you like spam email) on any public forum.

You can't potentially change an email address on an iTunes account unless you can log into the account

You can reset an account by answering the account's security questions on http://iforgot.apple.com
If you also can't remember your answers to your security questions try contacting Support in your country : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
