I went to play it today, August 20, 2016 and it was not the same version that I purchased.  WHERE IS THE ORIGINAL VIDEO.  I am not happy right now.  I need some answers!!!  This video sounds like crap!!!  It is a fake!!

    Hi Essence10,

I understand the "Blood on the Dance Floor" video that you played today is not the same version as the video you purchased.  If the original version of the video is still in the iTunes Store, you can re-download it.

    Download your past purchases

If the original version of the video is not currently in the iTunes Store, but you have a backup of your iTunes Library on your computer, you may be able to access the video via Time Machine.  See the section entitled "Restore specific files."

Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac

If you still cannot find the original video, contact the iTunes Store Support Team to see if they can locate it for you.

    Take care,

I am working with a Dell computer.  I do not have a Mac computer.  Fortunately for me, I was able to find the original video on my Scan Disk Card Reader.  How can I delete the video in ITunes and put the original video back into iTunes from the Scan Disk?

    Thank you

    Hello Essence10,

    Thanks for your update.

If you have the original file on an SD card, I would suggest saving it to your computer, possibly in the Movies folder.   Then, in iTunes for Windows, select File > Add to Library from the Menu bar.

iTunes 12 for Windows: Import music and video already on your computer

To delete the version of the video that you currently have in your iTunes Library, follow the steps below:

iTunes 12 for Windows: Delete songs, playlists, or other items

Delete an item from your library
Click the item to select it, and press the Delete key.

    Click Delete [item].

    Do one of the following:

Remove the item only from your iTunes library: Click Keep File.

Delete the item from your computer: Click Move to Recycle Bin. The item is removed the next time you empty the Recycle Bin.

Since you are using a Windows computer, you may have your own strategies for backing up your data.  This resource will provide specific instructions for backing up your iTunes media library:

Manage and back up your iTunes media library

Enjoy the rest of your day!

Once I was able to put the video back into ITunes a few videos wouldn't play by Michael Jackson except for one I couldn't find on my Scan Disk.  I purchase it on 1/3/15 "The Way You Make Me Feel", by Michael Jackson.  So now how do I get this one back?
