Q: Cannot download itunes

I am using a work computer and cannot download iTunes.  I have an ipad, iphone, shuffle, and ipod.  How can I manage my music, etc without downloading iTunes?  I can get on iTunes on my ipad but I cannot download the music onto my shuffle or ipod.

iTunes is the application which runs on a computer. It is not the iTunes Store. It is not the music you play or the movie you watch. It is not the media player on an IOS device which are the Music and Videos apps.

    This sentence deserves extra consideration.

If I were your employer, I would not allow you to download iTunes either.  A work computer contains material that is owned by your employer.  iTunes on a computer may house material such as your personal music, movies, podcasts, and iOS applications.  These are not your employer's property and should definitely not mix with a work computer.  These items are owned by your Apple ID which also should not mix with a work computer.

I would like to extend sberman's comment and say that you should not be using a work computer to manage a mobile device unless that device also is a work device in which case it really is not a good idea to put personal items on work-owned device even if the employer permits it.  In fact it is even possible one of the reasons you cannot install the application is because your employer is preventing employees from installing software on a work computer.
